Terms and Conditions
1. Items will be kept in the possession of EcoBooks during the period of time until its successful transaction. Unsold books will be returned to their original owners during the Return Period of that same semester.
2. Books placed under the charge of EcoBooks will be kept in its possession until the stipulated Return Period or its successful sale.
3. EcoBooks will not entertain any requests for books to be returned to their owners before the Return Period. Should owners require these books back due to extraordinary circumstances, they may contact EcoBooks, which will review these cases on a case-by-case basis.
4. The condition of the book(s) will be evaluated by representatives of EcoBooks when placed into EcoBook’s charge and this information will be made available on request.
5. 10% or $1 commission, whichever is higher, from the sale of the book(s) will go to the BSc Club revenue.
6. Payment for all transactions will be by CASH Only.
7. Receipts provided by EcoBooks are for the reference of buyers and are not claimable through PAC@GOV.
8. The identities of buyers and sellers of books are confidential and will not be released to buyers or sellers.
9. All sales are final and EcoBooks shall not entertain requests for any exchange or refund of sold book(s).
10. Owners whose books have been sold will be sent emails and/or SMS informing them to collect their earnings during the Return Period.
11.Should owners fail to (1)collect the money from the sale of their books without reason or (2) collect any unsold books after 2 Return Period, EcoBooks reserves the right to donate these items to the BSc Club.
