Hello everyone! EcoBooks is trying to improve itself by having 3 periods to clearly distinguished what activity is going on.
1. Transaction Period: Student teachers are free to head down to our booth to purchase books they may need. No reservations shall be made through the website/email. It is purely on a first come first serve basis. This period will normally be at the 1st or 2nd week of the semester.
2. Return Period: This will be carried out during the mid-semester. Sellers who's books have been sold will be contacted to collect their earnings. On the other hand, sellers who's books have not been successfully sold will be contacted to collect back their books from us.
3. Collection Period: The period everyone is waiting for! Yes, if you wish to sell your books, this is when you can pass them to us. However, for sellers, you do have to fill up an online form, print it and pass it to us together with your books. (This online form will be available on the website soon)
We hope that you will understand the need for us to clearly distinguish the 3 periods as this will help us clear the books from our cupboard during the semester (before taking in more at the end of the semester) and it will help the members on duty a lot as it can get messy at times when crowds come forth to both sell and purchase books at the same time.

Hey everyone! Welcome to the new semester! The EcoBooks committee would firstly like to welcome all freshmen to NIE and we hope that you will have a wonderful and enjoyable time here. Also, for those who have just come from the Freshmen Orientation Camp, we hope that you have had as much fun as we had and made lots of new friends along the way. School starts today and who knows, you may just find some of your new found friends attending the same lectures as you.

The semester is starting again! Hope everyone has enjoyed their holidays. As for EcoBooks, we've been busy getting ready for the semester by getting our books ready for the next Transaction Period. This will be from 16th - 20th January at the BSc booth during the club fair at the library arcade. We will be open daily from 10am - 3pm. Do check out the book list section (to be updated on 9th January) for the books and price range for these books!

The Return Period for EcoBooks is open! We can be found at UID (Student Services Centre) level 2 at the Deep Blue. Look out for our poster! We are open daily from 26 - 30 September from 10am - 3pm.
